The OPC would like to invite you to attend a presentation by ITC's Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Glenn Fricano.
Launched in 2004, ITC is a 140,000 square-foot, New York State Center of Excellence formed by a strong consortium of industry and government to promote and deliver MEMS innovation. MEMS consist of components between 1 to 100 micrometers in size with MEMS devices generally ranging in size from 20 micrometers to a millimeter. Their miniature systems integrate many technologies to plan an important role in satisfying the growing demand for real-time intelligence in host areas, including security, defense, medical, automotive, industrial products, and consumer electronics.
ITC processes and tooling support all major application areas, for example:
-
Optical - micromirrors, waveguides, grating and filters
-
RF - resonators, tunable capacitors and switches
-
Microfluidic - channels, mixers, valves and pumps
-
Mechanical - comb drives, cantilevers, and membranes
This program will introduce attendees to the capabilities at ITC, and discuss ways to work with the Center.
