Photonics West is firmly established as the major Photonics Trade Show of the year and draws over 1000 exhibitors and upwards of 18,000 attendees. Exhibition space is regularly sold out from year to year but once again the Canadian Photonics Consortium and the Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre have secured space for a CANADA PAVILION and are offering the opportunity for Canadian companies to participate with minimal effort and at minimal cost. This year, the Canada Pavilion will be located in the Main Hall (booth #1700) and not in the tent as in the last couple of years.
Unfortunately, this year we can no longer subsidize your participation through the Government of Canada PEMD program due to a three-year limit in funding support.
The cost for your participation for 2008/09 will be $4,200 CDN. If you are a member of OPIN, you will receive a $250 subsidy. We are looking into further subsidies for space and travel and will keep you informed.

Your turnkey package will include the following:
- show guide listing in show directory
- creation and production of one graphic panel which will consist of images, company logo and slogan;
- carpet and underlay;
- one high back stool;
- one promotional material counter acrylic holder;
- one electrical outlet;
- one light fixture;
- one power bar and extension cord;
- daily booth cleaning;
- access to the meeting room;
- registration of each exhibitor to obtain an exhibitor badge;
- one lockable counter with inside shelf;
- booth installation and dismantling; and
- transportation and customs of your exhibit material.
The package does not include: internet connection line; any AV equipment; registration to the conference; cell phone rental; lead retrieval system, labor and dismantling of any special electrical requirements.
